Gap Investors Ltda is a Costa Rican company (Registration No. 3-102-258902), incorporated in 2000, specializing in brokering secured equity loans to provide funds for a borrower in Costa Rica.

Home equity loans are used by homeowners to unlock some of their real estate value to meet their cash flow needs, for uses such as home improvements, consolidate debts, pay for major purchases such as vehicles, and much more. The same concept is applied to commercial lending for companies in need of cash to finance operations growth or for commercial property owners to provide necessary maintenance (such as roof repair) or improvement to their commercial rental properties to maximize rental income.

Equity loans are used by developers with existing equity to "bridge the gap" to the point where conventional bank loans are within reach. Borrowers who own real estate with high development potential can use gap financing to get their projects off the ground quickly and reach the point where an established bank will finance their projects at conventional interest rates.

Management Team

Glenn Alan Tellier, President
Mr. Tellier started in real estate brokering mortgages in 1997, having completed the real estate and mortgage broker's course in Canada. He helped to raise hundreds of millions of dollars in bridge financing for large-scale real estate projects. He has also spent many years in the construction industry, covering all aspects of building and construction from houses to industrial projects to high rise buildings. After visiting Costa Rica he saw the nearly unlimited growth potential that the country had to offer and saw the need for bridge financing there. He is an accomplished entrepreneur, having started and operated several diverse companies in Canada and Costa Rica over the years, earning him immeasurable experience.

Johanna Alvarez Espinoza, Vice President
Johanna is a Costa Rican citizen who has been in direct sales and marketing her entire career, having started and operated her own successful pharmacy in Costa Rica. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Costa Rican laws and regulations, and is fully bilingual. Her vast array of contacts helps Gap identify unique opportunities and hidden gems in Costa Rica's property market.
